    Hi Carol,

I really like what you are doing. It’s wonderful. I am new around here and I didn’t realize up until now that you did the Care Bears II soundtrack. My daughter and I listen to those songs pretty often. You just have a beautiful voice and the songs are excellent. Forever Young is our favorite, since it helps Karlee get to sleep! It seems that’s the only soundtrack you did. Would love to hear more of your material as well. You must really be high on life!!

Thanks for your e! I appreciate the compliments. In fact, I did the sound tracks of “Life Guard” with Sam Elliot, “The Last Picture Show” with Jeff Bridges, the main title of “Where’s Poppa” with George Segal,”Save the Tiger” with Jack Lemmon and “The Miracle Worker” with Anne Bancroft/Patty Duke. I also did two seasons of the TV series “Ironside” with Raymond Burr. I did duets on “God Didn’t Make Little Green Apples” with O.C. Smith, “Rock Me Gently” with Andy Kim, “It Never Rains In Southern California” with Albert Hammond, “Undercover Angel” with Alan O’Day and “The Desiderata” with Les Crane as well as a whole bunch of stuff with Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers, Kenny Young, Alex Harvey, etc. ad nauseum. I grew up in Los Angeles a second generation music industry brat of two parents active in the business. I caught a lot of breaks. I always include an exclusive download of some obscure unreleased piece with every issue of Art Freak. Thanks for posting…CP

    Hello Carol,

I agree whit ”Joe”, you certainly have a beautiful voice. It remind me of the female voice in the song ”Farewell” of the rock/metal-opera project ”Avatasia”. Anyway, the song ”Forever young” is a true masterpiece and you definitely not need to be a child to love it.

Best wishes from a young man in Sweden.

    Carol,
I love the art and always knew about your terrific voice. I was not aware of all of the soundtracks that you’ve done! Have you done voice overs on any animated projects? You are a very talented lady! Good to see that you are still hanging in and doing lots of creative projects…keep on keeping on! Love ya!
