Class fees are non-refundable. Teachers flying long distances deserve to know they will arrive to a full roster. However, we always keep a waiting list because our classes are in high demand and fill up quickly. We will gladly assist you in any way we can to sell your seat in the event unforeseen circumstances prevent your attendance. Life happens!

Materials fees, if any, are set by the individual instructors and payable directly to them at the beginning of class.

We tend to jam a whole lot of information into our classes over a relatively short period of time. Every minute is precious. Late arrivals are very disruptive to small intimate classes such as ours and are, therefore, not allowed without prior arrangement with either the instructor or myself. Every class will have some transition period at which point entry can occur with a minimum of distraction. The doors are locked five minutes past the starting time and will remain locked until the first break.

Since this establishment is not a commercial enterprise and is also a private studio and residence when not being used as a classroom, we do not open the doors early. There are lots of great places to hang out for coffee and refreshments in the neighborhood if you find yourself with extra time on your hands. We generally open the doors about fifteen to thirty minutes early, which is plenty of time to bring in your stuff, find a seat and get settled.

Finally, this is a No-Smoking/Drug Free property in its entirety. There is a park across the street for breaks.
